Tomatoes in this grade must have excellent quality, completely firm texture and its characteristics reflect the characteristics of the variety, shape, growth rate and appearance of the tomato. At this point, the tomato should be without any defects.

Storage Conditions: Tomato color is the most important criterion for determining the harvest time. Immediately after harvesting (within 12 hours at most), tomatoes should be packed, sent or kept in a cold room. The optimum storage temperature of tomatoes in relation to its degree of ripeness should be according to the following table:
